The district has supported the Meridian Township Senior Center with space for learning and gathering. Increased enrollments at Chippewa Middle School have resulted in the loss of space for Meridian Senior Center. The demolition of Chippewa will result in the seniors needing to find a new home. The district will work with the township to allocate new space to improve the Senior Center experience for our seniors, if needed. The township is investigating a potential new site for the Meridian Senior Center off campus, in the community.
